THIRD ANNUAL HOLIDAYS ON SUNNYWOOD MEDALLION HUNT — 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN OR WIN THE MEDALLION HUNT. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.

By participating in the Third Annual Holidays on Sunnywood Medallion Hunt (the “Medallion Hunt”), participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may, at the Sponsor’s discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Medallion Hunt are final and binding in all respects.

MEDALLION HUNT PERIOD

The Third Annual Holidays on Sunnywood Medallion Hunt begins Tuesday, November 17, 2026, and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 29, 2026.

The Medallion Hunt runs for thirteen (13) days.

The Medallion Hunt is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of November 17, 2026, except officers, directors, members, distributors, and employees of the Sponsor, the judging organization (if applicable), or any other party associated with the development or administration of the Medallion Hunt, and their immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or household members.

The Medallion Hunt is void outside North Carolina and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Follow the clues published in the Holidays on Sunnywood Facebook posts to locate the medallion hidden on public property within the greater Sardis Woods area, as determined by the Sponsor.

The medallion is not buried, although it may be covered by leaves, snow, or other natural materials. No structure needs to be disturbed or climbed to find it.

Participants must respect property and nature by leaving no trace, avoiding harm to wildlife, and ensuring the environment remains undisturbed. Participants must confine their search to daylight hours.

Once the medallion is found, follow the directions on the back of the medallion and state the clue that led you to the medallion.

After verifying that the participant has met all eligibility requirements and completed any required waivers, publicity releases, and liability releases, the individual will be declared the winner.

There will be one (1) winner.

PRIZE

The prize is $300.00.

All federal, state, and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, each participant releases and discharges the Sponsor, the judging organization (if applicable), and any other party associated with the development or administration of the Medallion Hunt, including their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”), from any and all liability in connection with the Medallion Hunt, including but not limited to legal claims, injuries, losses, or damages.

Except where prohibited:

1. Participation constitutes consent to use the participant’s name, likeness, and biographical data for advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

2. Acceptance of the prize constitutes a release by the winner of all claims related to the Medallion Hunt and prize use.

3. Any potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of receipt.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the participation process or otherwise undermines the integrity of the Medallion Hunt.

Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Medallion Hunt due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, technical failure, or any other circumstance that, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, affects the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Medallion Hunt.

If the medallion remains unclaimed by 5:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 29, 2026, the Medallion Hunt will terminate and no prize will be awarded.

The Medallion Hunt is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

DISPUTES

Disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina, under the laws of the State of North Carolina.

All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) and shall not include indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
